Service Times
FSBC holds one worship and two teaching services on Sundays and a Wednesday evening prayer service in the Spring, Fall and Winter and Home Bible Studies are held in the Summer.
Sunday school begins at 9:00am with a continental breakfast served buffet style followed by teaching time from 9:30am to 10:30am. Classes are generally divided by age or gender, though other classes exist for teaching special topics of interest. Children have their own special program beginning the year prior to their entry into kindergarten.
The morning Worship Service begins at 10:45 AM and typically ends by noon.
Pastor Spurgeon handles the bulk of the preaching services at FSBC. The Sunday evening service begins at 5:00pm and is generally a teaching or instructional time. Teaching is divided between Pastors Spurgeon and Grady. Adult Bible Fellowship classes are team-taught by both Pastors.
Wednesday evening prayer services begin at 7:00pm and are designed as a time to church members to come together in prayer for thanksgiving, needs and burdens. A short lesson is usually offered as a devotional study as well. During the summer, Wednesday evening services give way to home Bible studies. Members open their homes for a time of fellowship and prayer two or more times a month
