Sunday evenings at FSBC are not the traditional church service so many of us are used to. Our Adult Bible Fellowship is a time of teaching and learning when our Pastors lead the church in a study of theology. Some of the questions that are being addressed include:
- Why does God allow bad things to happen to otherwise good people?
- Do all religions lead to God?
- What happens to us when we die?
- Why does everyone seem to interpret the Bible differently?
- How do we know what books belong to the Bible?
- Why should I study the Bible?
- There are so many versions of the Bible, which one do I use?
- Can we be sure that Christ rose from the grave & why is it really important?
Who should attend FSBC's Adult Bible Fellowship?
- The Father wanting to lead his family...
- The Mother wanting to teach her children...
- The Skeptic who needs some questions answered...
- The Christian who wants to konw and love God more deeply...
- The Worker who wants to defend their faith...
- The Student wanting a realiable theological education...
- The Pastor or Elder wanting to lead with more theological integrity, accuracy and truth...
Not a Baptist you say? That’s okay. Many different points of view will be discussed and explored to see where there are clear answers according to the Bible. If you are one of those people who has more questions than answers, come join us each week for a few snacks and a time of reflection upon the deeper things of life. Learn why you should care about theology! Programs are held Sunday evenings at 5:15pm with light snacks served at 5:00pm.
